Abstract

Is the maintenance of the buildings gamaipossalib management are Important issues which should receive the attention and the development efforts. The research included an areal state study of maintenance management in AL Mustansiriya University buildings to propose a suitable maintenance management system and the analysis of the four factors of the management system, which are (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling)and discussed the concept of the modern maintenance definition, classification. The field survey included preparing the questionnaire list, conducting the statical analysis for its axes, and discussing the results. Many conclusions and recommendations have been deduced related to the applications of maintenance management in AL-Mustansiriy University buildings and a suitable maintenance management system.
