Abstract

This paper is trying to build a proposal framework for Iraqi Quality Award to examine the Iraqi manufacturing and servicing establishments according some certain criteria to evaluate their performance annually for quality. The award proposal program promotes for great benefits especially good repetition, customer acquisition and satisfaction, and saving in Iraqi national resources leading to economical growth.
