Abstract

Hydraulic systems will continue to play an important role in the industry because of their large power to weight ratios, The paper introduces the development of 128-liter hydraulic tank heat transfer and flows enhancement in order to reduce the heat that developed through the operation and keep fluid stability to reduce air bubble formation, three cases are taken the first case with a normal hydraulic tank with no addition the second with adding baffles and the third case add diffuser and baffles the result shows that there is an enhancement inflow in the third case and enhancement in heat transfer in the second case, the theoretical result shows good agreement in the result of heat transfer in the first case.
